Ezytix4u is an online ticketing platform that enables event organisers to sell event tickets and allows customers to purchase tickets digitally.
Ticket prices, availability, event details, and terms are clearly displayed on each individual event page prior to checkout. Prices shown are in according to the currency, and may include applicable service or processing fees.
3. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.

It’s the attendee’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact information.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations

Organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup.

6. Delivery / Shipping Policy (Polisi Penghantaran)
All tickets sold on Ezytix4u are digital tickets.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Polisi Pemulangan Wang)
