1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to Ezytix4u, our website, and related services.
“Organizer” denotes individuals or entities hosting events via our platform.
“Attendee” refers to individuals purchasing tickets for events.

2. Products & Services

Ezytix4u is an online ticketing platform that enables event organisers to sell event tickets and allows customers to purchase tickets digitally.

Ticket prices, availability, event details, and terms are clearly displayed on each individual event page prior to checkout. Prices shown are in according to the currency, and may include applicable service or processing fees.

3. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
It’s the attendee’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their contact information.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

Organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup.
In the event of a cancellation or significant change, attendees will be notified via email.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [Insert Number] business days.

5. Ticket Charges

- Service Fee:3.2% per ticket sold or RM1.50, whichever is higher.

- Pass the fee to attendees.

- No setup fees.

- No monthly subscriptions.

- Only pay when you sell a ticket.

Discounted Rates for Charity Events*

- Certified charity events qualify for a reduced service fee of 2% - 3%.

6. Delivery / Shipping Policy (Polisi Penghantaran)

All tickets sold on Ezytix4u are digital tickets.

Tickets will be delivered electronically via:
- Email confirmation, and/or
- User account dashboard after successful payment.
No physical shipping is involved.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their email address during checkout.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Polisi Pemulangan Wang)

All ticket purchases made on Ezytix4u are subject to the refund policy set by the respective event organiser.

Tickets are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event page.
In the event of event cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the organiser’s policy.
Ezytix4u acts as a ticketing platform only and does not guarantee refunds unless mandated by the organiser.

8. Attendee Conduct

Attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and any venue-specific rules.
Ezytix4u reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals violating these terms.

9. Liability

Ezytix4u is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during events.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos and trademarks, is the property of Ezytix4u or its partners.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

12. Amendments

Ezytix4u reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
